Marbella is entering a new era of health, wellness and preventive care with the transformation of the former Incosol Hotel into Oakmond Marbella, a new €260 million longevity and wellness resort in Río Real.

The project officially moved into its construction phase in October 2026, with the laying of the first stone marking the beginning of a major redevelopment of one of Marbella’s most iconic former health and wellness destinations.

Set on more than 53,000 m², Oakmond Marbella will combine a five-star hotel, private residences and a dedicated longevity clinic. The development is planned to include approximately 140 rooms and suites and 28 private residences, alongside medical and wellness facilities focused on preventive medicine, early diagnosis, personalised health programmes and long-term wellbeing.

Construction is expected to take around 36 months, with the resort currently scheduled to open in 2029.
