St. Regis Marbella to bring a new five-star resort and residences to the Costa del Sol

The latest announcement is the arrival of St. Regis Marbella, a new luxury hotel and residential development planned for Las Dunas, in Marbella East. The project represents an investment of around €500 million and is expected to open in 2031. It will combine a five-star hotel with luxury private residences and a range of premium leisure, dining and wellness facilities.
